Oz Thatch Company Profile

Oz Thatch is a family company based in Alberton, Queensland, about half way between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

We believe that our strong growth is due to the professional service and quality products we provide. Thatching is an art; many companies dabble in it as a side line to their main income stream, very few, like Oz Thatch, are true experts in thatching and thatching products.

Our company's product range is recognised as the widest and highest quality on the current market. We take pride in our ongoing research and are regularly adding new products and materials to our exciting range.

Oz Thatch has been in business for over 15 years specialising in thatching products and structures. We do not sell hardware, we do not build houses, we do not sell gazebos as a sideline to pools and spa's, but we do know thatching inside out.

We have completed many projects ranging from smaller backyard-size features to large resort-size developments for international customers.

Our client list includes international hotels and resorts in several countries around the world, and also many smaller, but just as important, local customers.

We offer a full installation service in South East Queensland from the Gold Coast thru Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast, and send our High Quality DIY kits Australia wide.

Our company has almost 15 years experience in all types of thatched and natural materials-based products available in the Australian and international markets. We were the first company to market PVC fibre thatch in Australia, which is now widely available to the public.

We have recently been appointed as exclusive Australian Distributor for the new Art Thatch (R) product range developed by German company Centrotec. We were chosen above all other thatching companies due to our reputation and knowledge in the thatching industry.
